How did you initially come up with the idea of a clearer image, and what was the early start?
As early as 1977, I started the mail order business and sold office supplies through the mail order catalogue.
I was advised to go to the Las Vegas consumer electronics trade show.
At the exhibition, I found a stainless steel watch made in Taiwan, similar to the new Seiko digital chronograph for $300, which is waterproof with a stopwatch (
Popular among runners).
But my new station
The Made watch costs only $60 and has the same features as the more expensive Seiko watch.
To test the watch, I handed it over to the head of our running club, a famous old man who worked on the triathlon and long distance endurance program.
He was incredibly punished for using the watch.
So I put a whole page of ads in various sports magazines, like the world of runners.
The product was very successful.
This inspired me to try other new products, such as the first wireless phone, the first answering machine, the first air purifier, which eventually led to a full color catalogue of new technology products, followed by 200 retail stores.
Many new products have been launched over the years.
This clear photo is one of the first to launch the iPod in partnership with Apple.
As we now realize, this is a very big change in the way we listen to music!
Other new technologies we introduce include the first pocket handheld computer, the shiny kids aluminum razor scooter, the first car radar detector, the first electronic toothbrush and many other products.
All of this promotes a better life to some extent, so the name clearer image seems to be appropriate, but there is no limit.
We can sell all kinds of products.
What advice would you give for taking an idea and turning it into a business?
What is the first step?
I \'ve always enjoyed the process of building something in small steps and understanding all aspects of the business.
You can call it a brick and a tile to do business at a time.
This is a tedious and slow process, but it has laid a solid foundation for us.
It took me years to see the results, but when things started to work, it proved that the preparation and experiments of these years would pay off.
My advice to others?
Don\'t be discouraged!
Success may not come soon, but your efforts will be rewarded if you know your product and you know your market.
What is the luck of success compared to hard work?
Of course, some of us are in a lucky situation.
Other times, bad luck will disrupt our plans for the time being.
But in the past few years, hard work actually guarantees your success, but it is important to note that you need to know your products and your market.
What is your original corporate vision for the company? How do you develop a vision/mission?
In fact, my vision is to have a bigger company, but from the beginning, it\'s not obvious what a bigger company will look like in the end.

I\'m fascinated by all of Apple\'s products, especially the iPhone and iPad, so I focus on that.
