You can prepare this homemade lasagna without using lasagna sheets.
Very healthy version. .
Ingredients: lasagna/rice noodle pancakes-4 chopped peppers-1 cup of chopped onion-1 cup of chopped tomatoes-1 cup of chopped cabbage/spinach Bé chamel sauce with black pepper: milk-1 cup of cheese-15-
20 gms fine powder (Maida)– 20-
25 gms butter-1 tspBay leaf-
Method: pan chamel sauce-take a pot and add milk and bay leaves. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the flame and cover the lid to allow the bay leaves to be injected with milk.
Put it aside 20-25 min.
The milk will be tight once it cools down.
Melt the butter in Kadai, add the refined flour, cook for 5 minutes, pour the milk into it, and stir the mixture continuously to avoid lumps.
Boil the mixture.
Add salt and black pepper.
Heat less oil
Fry chopped cabbage/spinach for 2 minutes until tender. Keep the aside.
Tomato and onion sauce-add a little oil and onion to it until it becomes soft and brown.
Stir-fry the chopped peppers.
Add tomato, tomato puree and seasonings/spices.
Layering-take the baking tray and Grease the bottom and edges with oil.
Spread with tomato sauce, top with 1st layers of pancakes or lasagna, then cabbage, 2nd layers of pancakes, tomato and onion sauce, and put 3rd layers of pancakes on it, spread the chamchamel sauce with grated cheese and some chopped peppers.
Bake in a preheated air fryer for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Serve hot.
