Helen, maker of consumer goods and appliances at Troy Limited, said on Monday that the company is exploring the sale of personal care businesses including the Pert shampoo and Brut perfume brand.
The company said divestiture would enable it to focus on core brands such as Honeywell air purifiers and OXO kitchenware. (
