what am i doing wrong? need major advice before i lose my mind!

My 8-week-old can\'t sleep all night!
We have the same sleeping time every night: play time, bath time, lotion/massage, eat and then sleep.
I usually put her down around 9: 15. 9:30.
After I put her downIn her cradle)
She woke up 30 minutes later and wanted to nurse.
So, she took care of her for about 20 minutes, and then I put her down again.
After 30 minutes, she woke up and wanted to nurse.
We did it all night until I finally fell asleep while taking care of her.
I tried to advance her bedtime and move it back, but it didn\'t work.
We tried using the pacifier, we tried to put her on the swing, we tried to let her sleep on the swing, we tried to heat the area with a thermos and put it next to her, we try to get my t-
Shirt in the cradle.
We also have a fan and air purifier operating as white noise in our bedroom.
During the day, she takes a half-hour nap for 45 minutes.
I\'m EFB but I was wondering if I should introduce the recipe for night feeding.
I went back to work in less than 4 wks and couldn\'t work with almost no sleep.
Why does she wake up every 30 minutes? It\'s like punching in! ! )? ? ?
I know she tried it but she can\'t sleep!
I know she\'s not garsey.
Her scream is obvious! )
We changed her diapers and made sure she wasn\'t too hot or too cold.
