Filling the Punjabi Tinda is a very delicious recipe that can be used as a main course or as a snack. Tinda, which is usually filled, is fried, but to reduce the intake of oil, we have air fried. Ingredients: Tinda-250 gms ( Peeling and cleaning)Gram Flour (Besan) -Cup or 2 tons of refined oil-2 tons of salt, red cold powder. Ginger powder-teaspoon (As per taste) Wei powder (Hing) -PinchGinger garlic-tspMethod: Place 2 diagonal cuts on tinda so it can be intact from one side. Filling-in a bowl, pick up the grams of flour, oil, all spices, ginger and garlic. Mix all tinda with this mixture/masala. Apply a little oil to tinda and put all the filled tindas into a preheated air fryer and a 180 degree air fryer for 25 minutes. With onions, tomatoes, cucumbers or entrees.
