Hello everyone, spring is coming!
I got the spring cleaning heat and wanted to warn you.
I will share the cleaning products and tools I use to do the job.
I will focus on spring cleaning methods using vacuum cleaners and share time-saving cleaning and organization techniques.
Stick to the end, let\'s start!
Here are the cleaning products and tools I use a lot.
I made 10 thousand energy detergent and window cleaner with vinegar and water.
I made some cleaning products with soap nuts as alternative products are recommended.
I use them for my laundry and alternate with my homemade laundry soap.
I used oxide and baking soda to clean the booster and wash the soda.
I did buy lemon oil, bleach and essential oil.
I don\'t use bleach very often;
But sometimes it is inevitable.
Tools: cleaning products: clean white vinegar baked sodaperoxessential essential oil lemon oil cooking oil BleachI for all uses, it always opens the window when I clean the room;
Even in winter.
I will turn off the heating, open all the windows and open some up beat music.
I can\'t do this anymore, because there will always be someone at home except me;
But I will when I have a chance.
It makes the house smell wonderful and the fresh air is good for breathing.
Statement: I am not a professional expert on how to maintain household appliances or how to clean them.
I\'m just a regular ole house wife who is responsible for cleaning up my own stuff and sharing how I clean it up here.
If you use these methods, then you have to take risks and responsibility for yourself.
Please pay attention to safety and don\'t clean up around children.
My husband went to visit his mother a few years ago and her fridge was broken.
My husband called a repairman who told him \"The fridge is too old and it would be better to buy a new one \".
After the repairman left. . .
My husband took the refrigerator outside, used an air compressor, blew all the dust out, and cleaned it thoroughly inside and outside.
He brought it home and plugged it in.
It worked for another four years.
Dust and dirt are enemies of most household appliances.
If you keep them clean and dust-free particles, you can use them for several years without replacing them.
I clean the rear of the appliance twice a year.
Now that my husband is retired, he will help me take them outside and blow out the dust and dirt from the unit with an air compressor and I will clean it up.
We do this once a year because we live in a dry climate and are dusty.
I think the old houses usually have more dust because they are built differently than the new ones today.
We have had this fridge for about four years, but we haven\'t taken the back plate off since we bought it.
Today, I unplugged the wire, took off the panel on the back of the fridge and saw how dirty it was four years later.
I\'m surprised that it\'s not worse than what you see here.
I know it may sound extreme, but keeping your appliances free of dust can save you money in the long run.
If an appliance doesn\'t work properly, I\'ll try to clean it as I showed it here before I called the repairman.
Tips for saving time: I use cooking oil on a rag to remove the oily residue you found at the top of the refrigerator. I also use it (at times)
My top.
The oil loosens the residue, and the universal cleaner removes the loose oil and dirt.
I learned this technique many years ago and it helped me a lot.
Just before I bought groceries, I washed my fridge weakly as it was almost empty and easier to clean.
I have a magnetic board on my fridge, so it\'s convenient to write down a grocery list when I run out of them.
I used to have my own clean oven and when I cleaned it;
I put a cinnamon stick in the middle of the bottom of the oven.
This helps reduce the burning smell in the house from the oven cleaning.
We don\'t have central air conditioning, but I already know the filter should be replaced once a month if you do.
If the daughter does not have a new filter, I have cleaned her home many times;
I vacuumed the one in her vent.
To clean the window air conditioner all I did was turn on the front of the air conditioner
Remove and vacuum the filter.
I also put it in warm water and dried it completely with a non-cashmere cloth.
I cleaned the front and side of the air with a vacuum cleaner.
Air conditioning, put the filter back and close the front.
I didn\'t get a photo of the process because we removed the AC last fall and didn\'t put them back in the window.
Important note: some front load washing machines are easily moldy in the front rubber seals and rear hose parts of the front panel, as well as some kind of water trap at the bottom of the washing machine.
If you have a front loader, I suggest you make sure that the mold does not grow around the rubber or hose.
It was mentioned to also check the back of the soap dispenser.
Some of them have a class action law and some have a recall notice.
I believe these models were made a few years ago, but I\'m not sure.
I called to ask about me but no one remembered.
The manufacturer told me that in their Manuel there is a clean section on how to clean it to keep it.
They told me to put 1/4 cups of bleach in the drum of the washing machine and wash it at least once a week with hot water.
I washed my water several times today in the soak cycle with bleach and hot water.
The next day: I noticed that bleach treatment is in progress and will be done again tonight.
I will do it a few more times and after seeing the results today, I believe this method will remove all the molds in the washing machine.
If it fails, I will come back and share the effective methods.
I have read where people suggest keeping the door open when not in use, but I do not recommend doing so because a child can climb into the washing machine.
I didn\'t clean the back of the washer and dryer as we would do that in a few months.
I have a stackable washer and dryer that is not easy to move.
Basically, I clean them up the way I clean the fridge.
We will take them outside in a few months and blow them out this time with an air compressor;
Because we will do it again.
Take my floor.
I usually clean up our stove in late spring and fall when the gas was turned off and the pilot didn\'t use a vacuum to light it up, but it wasn\'t an easy task.
You will be surprised how dirty they are.
Our stove didn\'t work properly, so I called the repairman.
I looked at the repairman to remove the metal box inside and asked him if I could vacuum in it quickly when he opened the box and the gas closed.
He doesn\'t mind.
Fortunately, I already have cleaning products and vacuum because I have been cleaning.
I did it quickly, but still better than ever.
It is best to clean the stove in late spring and late autumn.
When we opened the stove for the first time, we didn\'t have that old dusty smell in the fall.
Static noise from our air purifier, I dare not use it.
My husband took it to the store, removed the front and back panels and blew it out with an air compressor.
He cleaned the filter and the case, put it back together and plugged it in.
It works perfectly.
I used my hair dryer to help me when my husband was not at home.
I faithfully clean my air purifier boxes and plates in the first month of each month.
Computers are often ignored when cleaning up computers.
If you want your computer to last longer, I suggest you keep them from dust.
I always clean the exterior of the old model with a vacuum cleaner, and my husband always blows dust out of the interior with an air compressor by removing the side plate.
We have been very successful in this method.
I use vinegar to clean my floor as it does not leave soap residue that will reduce the natural luster.
I love my wood floor!
They keep up easily.
I use a vacuum cleaner or a vacuum cleaner for the best results. (no broom)
I added a glass of white vinegar to a bucket of hot water.
I screwed the mop clean so it was wet and mopped.
Having a vacuum robot is certainly an advantage in saving time to clean the floor.
My sister likes her.
For deep cleaning, I used a small, light-weight vacuum cleaner with a strap on the attachment that fits your shoulders.
They cleaned well.
I prefer a mop with a removable head so that it can be cleaned in the washing machine after each use.
I usually wash it separately.
I always have extra so can wash together.
I use my fingers to straighten out the stands and let them dry so they can last longer.
Before we remove the carpet
I completely vacuumed them before I cleaned them up.
I seldom wash them with carpet shampoo.
I think the carpet shampoo will leave a residue and leave the dirt attached to the fibers on the carpet.
I may be wrong, but I will not use carpet cleaner unless the carpet is very bad.
Tip: often vacuuming will make your carpet cleaner.
It is very helpful to take off your shoes at the entrance door.
It is helpful to place industrial carpets at the front and back doors.
I also put them at the front and back doors.
I use industrial carpets without deep design.
When I give the floor a vacuum, I give them a vacuum when the floor gets dirty;
I put them on the yard fence and got them down with a hose.
They are usually dry before the sun goes down.
I had a hair dryer that I used to blow the porch and sidewalk on the day I cleaned it.
It helps to keep my floor clean.
Before I clean the windows inside, I clean the higher area first.
Light fixtures, cob mesh, ceiling fan, crown molding and top wall sections above the window.
When I clean the indoor window, I clean the window sill, the curtain and the curtain rod.
I have tables or furniture in front of the window, so when there are no these objects in the window area, I clean the walls, switch boards, skirting boards and floors.
Cleaning the blinds is not an interesting task.
I have replaced some of my narrow blinds with wider ones as they are easier to clean.
I try to clean both sides of the week;
Use a vacuum cleaner brush or a wool dust-proof stick.
Since I started using this method, I rarely need to wipe them with a clean cloth.
Once in a while;
Because there is something splashing on it, I will use the universal cleaner.
However, it takes only a few seconds to clean them up.
When I clean the outdoor windows in spring and fall, I clean the window screen with a garden hose.
Before I wash the outdoor windows;
I sprayed them with garden hose.
This method reduces scratches because the dust will be trapped between the cleaning cloth and the window and scratch the glass.
Since I already have three steps outside, I clean the outdoor lights at this time.
I arranged to clean the sofa, chairs and pillows every week.
About once a month, I will put the quilt in the dryer and only put air (no heat)
It helps to remove any dust particles in the fabric.
Unless something is sprinkled on the quilt, I wash the quilt twice a year.
I used rotation most of my adult life.
I have had a weekly cleaning schedule until the last few years.
I\'m retired now and I don\'t have the energy to clean as I did a few years ago.
I reduced my cleaning time and changed my cleaning day depending on how much energy I had.
My approach is this: I alternate my starting area.
One week I start upstairs, the next cleaning schedule I start with the stairs, one week I start at one end of the House and the next time I start at the other end.
Sometimes I start in the middle.
This method allows you to do deep cleaning more often and finish cleaning the whole house in a month or two.
It reduces the time it takes to clean in spring.
I will pay close attention to the week (
Area above head)
, Next schedule I will detail areas such as eye height, shoulder height, etc.
If I have enough energy to clean in depth
I will clean the \"closet\" in depth, but not the guest room, or the bag dust that week.
I may not clean the bedroom or all the bathrooms.
I wash my clothes in a week, fold my clothes while watching TV or sitting.
I did the same to sort out the drawers.
When I go to visit my daughter, we look at her iPAD while sorting out the closets or other areas of her home.
I bought groceries and errands during the work week.
I cooked two on Thursday so I didn\'t have to cook on cleaning day.
I think it takes less time to make two main courses than to make one each day.
If I had arranged for a deep cleaning, I would have my husband take the children on an outing.
It works very well for me.
Your list may include: dust removal, countertops, ceiling and remote open Windows and Windows, lamps and ceiling fans, bedding and huts covered with soil (
January is a good month to organize the wardrobe)
The house was completely clean and now I can relax, take a hot shower, watch a movie and know that I finished her job and slept soundly.
I hope these suggestions will give you the inspiration to start the spring cleaning program.
