There\'s so much conflicting information out there.
Can some of you be more educated than I confirm my research?
This is what I have collected that seems to have been accepted as a good precaution all the time: 1-
There is air circulation in the room.
I plan to have a small air purifier running for myself that will provide white noise, clean air and light air circulation. 2 -
Keep it relatively cool (
Not high temperatures, especially for babies in winter. )
I bought a duvet for my DH (dear husband)
My son and I have beds so we can turn off the heating.
We all have allergies, so the heat will dry our sinus, and in any case we keep the temperature as low as possible. 3 -
Put loose things outside the crib.
With my son, I installed the bumper as a decorative element outside the crib and used a sleeper bag or gown until he was three months old.
I do have a sleep locator in my crib, but under the sheets.
He used to be three or four months old, very big, very strong, and often used his hands, so I felt comfortable with a light blanket on one end. 4 -
Let him sleep with his back.
He wouldn\'t mind this. he still does. So -
What else do I lack?
Do you have any suggestions?
