Unfortunately, Norm Sylvester died recently.
In 2007, Sylvester lived alone in his apartment in the west of the street, when all the representative of the brand vacuum warehouse borrowed $10,000 from his credit card.
Sylvester's daughter told Action Line, "I just wanted to tell you that I went and got a check for an extra $3,000 . ".
"They have now repaid a total of $6,000," said Lori Murphy . ".
"They will contact me in the first week of June and eventually pay $4,139. 16.
I will give the money to my brother Kurt, who has a power of attorney for our father's affairs.
"The visa card of Norm Sylvester was deducted for $3,075.
72 on June 6, the same amount was debited again on August.
The third debit was $3,987. 77 on Oct. 29.
Like many families, his children did not know the deals until a few months later, after their father was hospitalized and moved to a nursing home.
"We can only find a sales agreement dated June 6," Murphy said . ".
"It's for air purifiers.
When we contacted the owner of the company, he claimed that he still had two contracts, but we did not have a copy of them.
"The only vacuum cleaner we found at my dad's house is very old, and the owner of the company said he didn't sell the brands.
We found an air purifier, but the owner said he didn't sell it either.
Hunter claims that Sylvester has sold a vacuum cleaner and three air purifiers.
He claimed that the debit was debited by the sales representative, who could enter his merchant account.
"These sales reps almost ruined my business," Hunt said . ".
"They made a profit.
Hunter called himself a wholesaler.
The sales representative, who worked for him for 18 months, looked legal at first, he said.
He said they left last fall.
Meanwhile, RBC said it would waive all interest on Sylvester visas since last June.
"We are very sad to hear this gentleman.
Sylvester died this week . "
President Vince Isber said.
"The first thing we care about is our customers, and we keep in touch with our family and businesses to facilitate repayment.
"We are pleased to hear that the supplier is repaying the principal and we will revoke all relevant interest and fees applicable to Mr.
Sylvester's Visa account due to these transactions.

In an email to the line of action, Hunter said that he had always intended to refund the money and he told Sylvester's family that he would do so on April 3.
"I have been in retail, wholesale and repair business for 14 years.
All my business has a satisfactory guarantee and generous refund policy.
"I have always had a great reputation before these delegates appeared.
I have been suffering huge losses since I refunded the customer.
Detective Ed Lumm of Hamilton Police said he explained to Hunter that he is the operator of all brand vacuum warehouses and is responsible for Visa transactions.
