If the amount of pollen in your area is high, try staying indoors. 2.
Close all the windows before gardening and remove the pollen and dust from the house. 3.
Wear surround sunglasses to prevent pollen from entering your eyes. 4.

Make sure your asthma is well controlled and take regular preventive drugs as specified. 6.
Wear a hat to prevent pollen from being caught on your hair and brush your hair after gardening. 7.
If you have been outside for a long time, shower, wash your hair and change your clothes. 8.
If your skin is allergic, keep the cover of your hands, arms and legs when gardening. 9.
