Here is also an example of using the used toothbrush.
My toothbrush seems to have worn out in a month, and even worse, only the top half of the toothbrush is worn out, while the bottom half looks good.
There must be a problem with the way I brush my teeth.
But don't worry, this visible will definitely put the smile back on my face as I don't want to replace the electric toothbrush with a rotating tool brush.
Required materials: 1. Toothbrush 2. brill bit 3.
Hacksaw blades or rotary tools 4.
Metal Gear or sandpaper 5. nose plier 6.
When used with a rotary tool, it is important to ensure that the final brush does not vibrate.
To do this, the brush needs to be symmetrical in terms of weight, and when the brush rotates, the core rod needs to be attached to the exact center of the circle.
For example, the following figure shows the possible layout.
The bristles at the four corners of the circle intersect need to be completely removed using a nose clamp.
The brush I actually use has a row of brush hairs passing through the center of the circle I want to use.
In this case, I removed a bristle from the center of the circle using a nose clamp.
The hole I left behind, then used as the hole to connect the core rod after drilling, to completely pass through the other side of the brush.
Keep in mind that try to keep the same number of bristles/bristles groups in order to be symmetrical around the center of the hole.
The picture shows the core stick I used.
I attach the core stick to the hand drill, attach the toothbrush to the vice, then turn the hand drill so that the core stick can be threaded firmly in the hole on the toothbrush.
Cut off the rest of the toothbrush and drill the hand a few laps while placing the pencil on the remaining toothbrush.
Now, this should mark a circle that we need to close.
The corners can be cut using hacksaw blades and files used to provide a rough circular shape.
Finally connect the brush to the rotation tool and set the rotation at the lowest speed.
Place the file on the brush to make it the final circle.
