This week we have Jennifer Walsh, health expert, founder of the Walsh video series, and Union
The founder of an energy nation.
Next, she shared the key sleep aids she called a health trip.
I use my bedroom as a sleeping shelter.
Every aspect I use or do before going to bed helps my health journey, or at least my goal is to do so.
Sleep has been elusive for me in the past few years, so I try my best to get a good night's sleep.
After a day of meeting with the Walsh video series for a walk, I went to a private equity group dinner with 12 people from different backgrounds.
It was one of those nights where food and conversation were so delicious that no one wanted to leave!
After that, I put on comfortable shoes so I can go home --
47 blocks walk.
I will do this as soon as I have the chance.
If the weather is good, why not?
When I got home, it was after 11: 30. m.
So I took a shower and climbed into the bed.
I swear by the Parachute's Percale bedding collection.
This is the most comfortable bedding I have ever tried.
I also swear by the magic weighted blanket.
It's spring now, and it's getting earlier and earlier, and it's easy for me to wake up around 5: 15 in the morning. m.
No alarm.
I tied my shoelaces and headed to Central Park where I took a healthy walk for a group of executives.
In the evening, my boyfriend and I attended the annual party of the New York Police Department.
It's always fun, but we don't always see friends because it's such a huge party.
Later, we bought a night hat with a few friends at a nearby restaurant.
We got home around midnight and I immediately checked my smart air purifier.
This machine is the real way I sleep at night.
If my air is not the healthiest when sleeping at home, what are the benefits of my other health procedures?
It's a rare night tonight.
My boyfriend and I have no plans after work, so we cook together.
We used more factories about 6 months ago.
So we try to learn new ways to cook healthy food from local farms and markets.
I recently spent some time at the Kripalu Yoga and Health Center in Massachusetts.
It was my pleasure not only to experience this beautiful scenic resort center, but also to meet chef Jeremy and have to bring home a copy of his recipe, kitchen of creparo. WOW!
Every time we make a meal from this book, we feel good.
We knew it was good food, fresh from the local farm we made at home.
We never felt bloated after that.
Later, I decided to take a hot bath and relax.
I poured a pack of G.
Bathing before going to bed at night helps to sleep at a quiet night.
I immersed myself for 20 minutes before I went to bed.
Tonight was eating and drinking with friends in the Lower East Side and thankfully I got home at 9 in the eveningm.
I washed and used one of my favorite mask treatments, Foreo UFO.
This is a recipe you can use every day, but my skin needs extra moisture tonight.
As I lay in bed and started thinking about my summer plans, that's exactly what I need.
Honestly, I slept best when I was in my tent on the beach.
I basically stayed on the Jersey coast all summer and had been doing this for 30 years before the charm got cooler.
I rolled down from the bed and needed to get ready quickly.
I slept until 7 in the morning. m. !
I have to call ahead of time to get all the details ready for my upcoming speech at a meeting in New York in less than a week.
I am discussing how the CBD plays a very big role in beauty and health.
Then it's time to head south to Washington on the weekend.
My boyfriend and I arrived in the afternoon, put on our walking shoes, walked around the city, ate along the way and spent the next 6 hours.
All of these walks are also helpful as I am part of the Fitbit "weekly work" group and we compete every week to see who has the most steps.
I think I also help sleep by walking every night.
I also know that my Merrell sneakers have a lot to do with my ability to continue walking every day.
After a long week, I need to treat my skin with an overnight mask.
I have brought a small portion of my favorite anywhere on the trip to make sure to keep moisture after the trip.
I like the taste and feel of the fresh black tea skin tight mask.
I put it on at night and wash it off in the morning.
