Have you ever had a friend stay in your house for a couple of nights and then they just didn't get the hint that they lived too long, imagine a crazy nanny that would add a hundred times to that situation.
A month ago, Diane stryton, known as the monster nanny, was fired.
The problem is that she refuses to leave the house where she is employed and basically holds herself in the room, claiming that she will not sign any notice of dismissal because, in her view, the notices are not, "legal.
"When mom Marcella Bracamonte called the police, they told her they couldn't do anything because it was a civilized way and although the nanny didn't pay any rent, she
They can't force her away and she won't leave either, so it's basically a huge nightmare.
But now, 64-year-old Diane has finally agreed to leave the house by July 6, but only if the family agrees with her long list of strange requests.
The list of requirements published by the Daily Mail is as follows: Agreement: if all the following conditions are met, I will voluntarily agree to leave by six o'clock P. M. : 7/6/14: 1.

And hand sanitizer at any time. 3.
Marcella and the kids have to vacate the house between eight o'clock A. M. and five o'clock P. M. until 7/6/14, whether or not I choose to leave during the day. 4.

I will not stay in these areas. 5.

The above food supply time is limited between eight o'clock A. M. and five o'clock P. M. 6.
Neither the front door nor my bedroom will be locked in a way that prevents me from entering.
This means that the chain must be closed and the lock cannot be replaced. In exchanged [sic]
As far as the foregoing is concerned, I agree not to seek any of my legal remedies for your past violations of our agreement.
Diane accused the weather of being hot, the media camping out of the house, and her health of failing to vacate the house in advance.
In an interview with KT Laon on Tuesday, she called Marcella the "queen of drama" and claimed that her family had cut off her air
After they fired her and even tried to feed her dog food, she accepted the conditions, cable and Internet access.
Marcella, who has three children, found that this is not Diane's first foray into legal issues, she has a long history of litigation, some of which are against her own family.
"She sued anyone who looked at her.
"I won't bend over for her," says Bracamonte . ".
"I'm in charge. this is my house.
She won't scare me from my own home.
"We smell movies from here for the rest of our lives!
