the canadian healthy infant longitudinal development (child) birth cohort study: assessment of environmental exposures - custom air cleaners
The Canadian Healthy Infant Longitudinal developmental birth cohort aims to clarify the interaction between the environment and genetics of asthma and allergy development.
In four provinces with different environments, more than 3600 pregnant women were recruited from the general population.
Children are tracked to 5 years of age, and the potential features of different exposures during this critical period.
Key exposure areas include indoor and outdoor air contaminants, chemicals, mold, moisture, biological allergens, inhalation, intake and skin absorption of pets and pests, house structure and life behavior, it includes infection, nutrition, psychosocial environment and medication.
The assessment of early life exposure focuses on those associated with inflammatory responses driven by the acquired immune system and the innate immune system.
The mother completed a large number of environmental questionnaires, including time.
Activity behavior when recruiting and when children are 3, 6, 12, 24, 30, 36, 48 and 60 months old.
House dust collected in 3-4 months of thorough home assessment and biological samples obtained at multiple exposures
Archive related measurements for analysis. Geo-

Estimate traffic using regression-
Replenishment Time of related air pollutionactivity-
Provide comprehensive behavioral data on personal exposure profiles.
In order to solve many interactive exposure variables and potential common problems, several analytical frameworks are proposed.
