syska forms partnership to manufacture camera module, to invest rs 200 cr - personal care appliances

Syska group has established a partnership with two foreign companies to establish the country's first camera module factory by investing about Rs 200 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, a company executive said.
The company has established a joint venture with Singapore.
Based on biometalics and Suyin optrooper, a provider of optical systems solutions in Taiwan, camera modules are produced for the fields of mobile phones, automotive, security and defense industries.
Syska Group owns 49 shares in the joint venture, Biometronic owns 41 shares, and the remaining 10 shares are from Suyin optrotter.
