smoking workers the bane of their colleagues - air purifier for smoke

I work in a company with about 60 employees, less than 10 of whom smoke, including CEO and director.
To make sure smokers don't spend much time smoking outside, our director built a room for them in the office.
However, smoking rooms are poorly built to prevent cigarette smoke from infiltrating into open office space.
To make matters worse, the CEO and director smoke in their respective rooms.
Cigarette smoke seeps from the gap in the door whenever they walk out of the room.
The same is true of smoking rooms.

Our director installed an air purifier but it didn't turn on all the time.
We have taken a lot of sick leave over the past year, and many employees claim that their poor health is due to smoking.
Many people complain about headaches, skin problems and coughing.
Our senior executives don't understand. it's not just the second one.
Affect the staff's hand smoke, but also affect the third

Despite the many complaints made by the staff, the management only tried to improve the existing smoking room and implemented a briefterm solutions.
So I am writing to the Ministry of Health and the human resources department to explain our predicament.
However, I did not receive a response from any ministries even after two months.
I think it is unfair that most people have to harm their health for the convenience of a few people.
We don't even have health insurance.
I know this is the director's company and he does want us to put up with smoking, but I believe smoking indoors should stop.
I firmly believe that it is the responsibility of the director to take care of his/her employees, both at work and in health.
