I decided to write this short article, hoping that something that could be lost over the years in the socio-economic necessity of STBs will once again become the central stage, triggering a policy reflection on this critical issue.
Without the direct involvement of the transport-led government in STBs, the socio-economic benefits of the project will be lost forever to South Africa.
We are debating and frantically coming up with solutions to deal with the issue of land requisition for free.
