Break, work, but the three people behind the Picha project have successfully built their business around the social cause they believe in: helping refugee families by catering and selling food in the kitchen
Three years ago, Suzanne Lin, Lee Sayed and Kim Lin started the Picha project just after graduating from college with no business experience.
But they are determined to do something valuable to make a living.
The business started with three refugee families.
Today, 15 refugee families feed businesses and consumers through the Picha program, and these girls are recognized not only locally but also globally.
"We have experienced ups and downs, good times and bad times.
We have expanded ourselves in the different skills we need to learn and the roles we need to take on.
But it's worth it. . .

These women actually empower us in a way that they are willing to work, learn and help others.
The Picha project has won numerous awards for its work and success, such as the Allianz descendants award from Impact Hub.
They are also the finalists of the world's top 2018 finals in Amsterdam.
