4,2 apart from the smoke coming out of the basement window, Alan Ellman led the middle that could be considered normal --
Class childhood in the valley. Y.
1950s and 1960sMr.
Elman's father, a creative dentist, turned the basement into a stinking cobbler, perfecting dental equipment using radio frequencies.
This can sometimes cause small fires, or more often, television reception becomes chaotic during the "Gilligan Island" period. ''When Mr.
Elman's father died in 1976 and he took over the company with Jon garritto.
Since then, they have expanded from dental to veterinary and cosmetic surgery.
Ellman International based in Hewlett, New YorkY.
Also sell a tooth-
Cleaning device invented by Dr.
Owen Elman 40 years ago.
But these days, 45-year-old Alan Ellman and
Gary, 51, is making an invention that attracts older babies --
Chao generation and doctors who take care of them, such as varicose veins
IV and back
Operation.
Recently, they received a US patent of 6,306,135 for "forehead lift suction probe ".
Mr. advertising. Garito and Mr.
Elman is not a doctor.
"We are inventors . "
Ellman said he pointed out that they came up with their ideas by talking to doctors about the problems they had in the operating room.
They say advertising their forehead probes represents a better way to do well-known "inner-Cut eyebrows" in the startup area of cosmetic surgery ".
"Endoscopic eyebrow lifting should not be confused with facial lifting.
"There is a cosmetic surgery on the eyes and below ---
It includes a cut around the ear.
Elman explained.
"The eyebrows are raised for everything above the eyes.
It basically gives a younger look, a fresh look.
"Traditional raised eyebrows include making a long cut along the top of the head, right behind the hair line, extending from the top of one ear to the top of the other.
The surgeon is responsible for cutting the muscles that frown (
Some of them are named fold muscles in poetic terms)
In this way, the eyebrows become straight.
The problem with this method-
It still has loyal supporters. -
That is, it will leave a lot of scars, causing baldness or numbness.
In contrast, the inner-cut eyebrow method requires only a few cuts, each of which takes about halfinch long.
In one incision, the surgeon inserts an endoscope, a long probe with a miniature camera at the end.
The camera zoomed in the area between the skull and the forehead skin and placed the image on a large computer screen.
The surgeon inserts another probe through other slit for muscle cutting.
Joan Krone, author of "elevator: Want, fear and Facelift", likened the process to "operating with chopsticks under a bed cover ".

The cutting can be done with a micro surgical knife, laser or radio frequency device, which is produced by Ellman.
It requires a lighter touch than a normal procedure-
The company presented this at a medical conference, providing a steak for surgeons who want to test the technology.
The end of the flexible probe bent to the forehead curve is a shovel-
The shape of the electrode, cut and burn the tissue with a highly focused current.
The hollow probe also acts as an suction tube to discharge smoke, otherwise it will blur the tiny lens of the endoscope camera.
There are other good reasons to clear the smoke.
According to the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, this is a hazard in the workplace because organizations will burn in lasers or electronic devices
The smoke from the operation may contain toxic gases such as benzene and formaldehyde. Mr. Ellman and Mr.
Garito said their invention gave surgeons better visibility and control than other methods.
Probe not tested in peer
Review clinical trials. But Dr. Reynaldo M.
Manila-based Filipino doctor Javate reviewed the operation with three other authors in an eye surgery news article.
They wrote that the probe "provides a detailed view of muscle fibers, sensory nerves and blood vessels in the area of relative non-bleeding.
"Dr. advertising
New York plastic surgeon Darrick Antell noted that Ellman International's equipment is widely used for the removal of moles and warts, but he still suspects eyebrows
Upgrading technology is an improvement of existing methods. Dr.
Antel, for example, said he believes Botox treatment is very effective in reducing forehead wrinkles.
For short, botulinum toxin is injected into the face, temporarily paralyzing the muscles permanently cut during the operation of the inner cut eyebrow.
"People like the latest, the best," said the doctor. Antell said.
"If it proves that it is better, we will incorporate it into our museum.
But so far, nothing in the literature suggests that this is the case.
"We are constantly improving the quality of text archives.
