Over the past three years, sales of door heating, air and water services have generated a total of 7,058 "complaints, incidents and inquiries ".
Water heaters, water treatment equipment, purifiers and stoves have the most complaints about maintenance and sales.

Law 10-day cooling-
The customer cancels the contract they signed at home without penalty, which will force the business to record the contact details with each customer.
It also prohibits on-site repair companies from trying to sell new contracts while repairing the phone, but allows them to distribute promotional materials on such trips.
Company employees can only discuss new contracts during visits if their employer seeks approval from the customer in advance when arranging on-site visits.
Individuals who violate the law will face a fine of up to $50,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, less than one day or both.
The company will face a fine of up to $250,000.
Baker said he believed fines would serve as a deterrent, adding that he was willing to push for legislation to expand to more businesses under provincial jurisdiction, and that concerns around them had risen.
He said, "If we have a lot of complaints, the federal government should look at and consider taking action.
