No sweat! Man saves hundreds by building his own homemade air conditioner for only EIGHT DOLLARS - and offers a step-by-step guide so you can copy his thrifty creation - portable air cleaner
If you can't accept the heat
Create your own air conditioning!
A man has found a way to cool off without spending a lot of money, building his own temporary air conditioner with cheap, simple supplies.
He said in a new report that if you don't have an air conditioner and want to save some money to cool the room at home, don't spend $300 on a portable air conditioner
Video from a family Hacker
It will take $8 and 10 minutes to do it yourself.
The narrator of the video says anyone trying to assemble their own homemade air conditioner needs a standard foam plastic cooler, one or two dryer vents, and a small fan
"First of all, we need to put the vents on the lid of the cooler and track them around because we will drill holes in a second," he said . ".
He uses two vents and puts them on the opposite side of the lid, but if a weak fan is used, he recommends limiting only one vent.
The narrator then draws along the outside of each vent with a Sharpie mark, explaining that the line should be as close to the vent as possible.
"Once it's done, grab your fans and track it down," he continued . ". 'Pretty simple.
"Now we just need to cut it a little bit," he said . "
When he used the small key hole saw in the toolbox, he explained that a simple kitchen knife could also work.
He continued: "Just be careful to dig out all the holes you tracked one by one.
I went a little deeper into the fan hole so it has something to sit on.
This is not necessarily perfect, but you want to make sure that the air on the fan can go straight into the cooler.
He suggested vacuuming stray foam plastic after cutting.
Otherwise, the fan may blow it all over the room later.
The cooling element is now.
The narrator instructed the audience to put several water bottles into the refrigerator before freezing the solid.
He then demonstrated how to place the ice bottle.
And a few ice bags.
Inside the cooler before closing the lid.
When the vent and fan are placed in their respective holes, the person turns on the fan, explaining that the air blows from the ice and through the vent outlet, produces the air conditioning effect.
"But how cold is the weather? ' he says.
Using a laser meter, he shows that the temperature in front of the "air conditioner" is kept at 50-
Fahrenheit range.
We will say it's cool!
