Authorities say Michael Douglas's son was imprisoned after his girlfriend tried to smuggle drugs into him with an electric toothbrush while under house arrest in New York City.
Cameron Douglas was arrested last month at a hotel in Manhattan for selling a lot of meth.
He was placed under house arrest in his mother's apartment.
Federal investigators say Monday 30-year-
Old Douglas's girlfriend, Kelly saut, brought home an electric toothbrush.
Later, they found 19 containers of heroin inside.
Sotel was later arrested at the same hotel in the son of Oscar.
The winning actor was arrested and both were held in federal prison.
Their lawyer declined to comment on Thursday.
