On Wednesday, the troubled country singer was acquitted of drunk driving after being arrested in May 2005, although a jury in Nashville did decide that her driving license was revoked.
30-year-old McCready was stopped last spring for speeding and refused to take a breath test after police smelled alcohol.
The officer who arrested her, Kenneth Dickson, testified on Monday that the artist, "If I don't stay overnight," swayed on her feet, and that night her eyes moistened with blood.
Lawyer Lee Dale argued that his client was actually doing a good job driving her car while a friend was arrested, drive home from a nightclub where two people have been to for a drunk friend.
The dryer also said that the sober test that McCready was forced to accept was not given correctly, that the pressure had removed her shoes and found it difficult to walk steadily on her --long pants.
The juror was apparently left and right by the police arrest video, which is in threeday trial.
In addition to avoiding the most serious charges against her, McCready escaped her threatened contempt charges after appearing in court late Monday for 10 minutes to start the trial.
Outside the court, mcredy told reporters that she might use her personal problems as the basis for new music, trying to start her stalled career.
"This is a step to overcome a lot of things," she added . ".
These "things" include two suicides in 2005. -

Another $3 million lawsuit is pending against aspiring country singer Billy McKnight, who beat her two days after he was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
He subsequently pleaded guilty to serious injury and was sentenced to 30 days in prison.
More happily, McCready gave birth to their son, Zander Ryan McCready, on March. 25.
McCready should also attend a hearing later this year to determine if she had violated her probation by leaving Tennessee without permission.
She was first suspended after admitting to using a fake prescription to buy oscomin on August 2004.
