Re: Minister, Department to cash (Feb. 16)
Congrats to Chris Broughton, chair of the Winnipeg School Division, and the board of directors for completing the work given to them by the Public Schools Act and for being elected to the job --
That is to say, set the budget and departmental factory rates for the upcoming year, and support the student's quality school planning within the limits of provincial funding allocation.
It is expected that the relationship between the provincial government and the school board sometimes, especially during the budget period, there will be differences and conflicts.
It is a complex task for the school board to implement provincial policies and represent local educational needs and interests.
Therefore, this is a task with internal political tensions --
But it is this balance of the province's agenda and the provision of space for local input that makes the school board an important part of public education in Manitoba.
Increase the property tax 2. 9 per cent —0.
9 higher than the provincial "directive" of the minister of education:
It doesn't seem particularly reckless or confrontation.
In addition, in a government-
The appointment of a review of the education system has just begun, and it is certainly not time for the Minister of Education to raise the spectre of the school --
Any possible consequence of non-compliance with provincial regulations is the merger of the board of directors.
Political Comics (political comics)Feb. 15)
After I first saw this political comic, I began to laugh at the reality of it, which clearly illustrates the Canadian disapproval of political leaders jagmay Singh and Andrew Schell.
But when I think about it, I ask myself the question: why is there no more Canadians on our political stage who are aware of these important people?
I think the news media must take some responsibility.
It is easy for the news media to focus on the activities of the current government, as power, scandals and headlines are right there.
When Justin Trudeau held a press conference, I was sure every journalist would be there.
When Scheer or Singh held a press conference, was the turnout of journalists as high as they were?
The media has the right to determine the individual's views on any specific issue and therefore it is the responsibility to inform the audience of the views of other political parties.
If Singh and Shere get equal and fair coverage in the media, maybe more Canadians will recognize their names.
Your paper acknowledges that many Canadians do not know who these people are, and that is the self
As a news media, you have not performed your duty to inform the audience, which is evidence of guilt.

PaulRe: The Prime Minister made escape a problem (Letters, Feb. 16)
I agree with Ian Toal's letter that the prime minister, Brian Pallister himself, made gostka a problem.
He is a prime minister who is out of touch with the way many Manitobans struggle.
His dishonesty is manifested in his refusal to meet with the city to discuss funding.
Prime Minister Pallister, we're not stupid.
If you balance your budget behind the city, you balance it behind every winniperg.
It won't make you look good.
We know what this is all about.
In terms of your election promise to cut the provincial sales tax by one percentage point --
At this point, I really want to know who cares.
If it raises $0. 3 billion for the province, keep it.
Anyone I talk to about this doesn't care if PST is one percentage point less --
We are used to it. it raises a lot of money to reduce some of the government's cuts.
I don't think that PST is eight or seven points will affect your decision to buy a new sofa or car, Prime Minister Pallister.
Other people didn't have the money to buy a couch or a car at first, not to mention PST, so what does this help them?
Say you have lowered PST and your self will benefit.
Catherine Robertson winnipere: on the way to Ottawa, the team around Winnipeg (Feb. 16)
Our truck fleet from Alberta to Ottawa will certainly attract some attention, but it is unlikely to convey the message the organizers intend to convey.
The consumption of fossil fuels and the output of carbon dioxide are huge and will fight all those who want to reduce the impact of climate change.
The fleet will also cause inconvenience to other road users.
This excessive demonstration is unlikely to change any idea of Parliament, at least not the intention of the demonstrators.
It may also make it unlikely that many people will pay attention to the wide range of issues that the demonstrators are concerned about.
A more restrained approach to bringing concerns to the attention of Parliament may be more effective and unlikely to lose the sympathy of other Canadians.
I think they protested too much.
Alberta itself did the same.
Is it not surprising how Alberta has been led by governments that do not want to diversify for more than 50 years?
It puts all the eggs in one basket and no one pays any provincial taxes.
Very different from other provinces.
The original founders were wise because they hid their money in a legacy fund on a rainy day;
They saved it, but still did not diversify to a large extent.
Then, when the neo-conservatives took over when the economy plunged, they ran out of reserves to avoid voters having to pay taxes.
Because they lose power if their voters have to pay taxes.
For them, it is more important to maintain power than to maintain power for a long time.
Long-term interests of the people of Alberta.
Why risk losing power?
Well, they did end up losing power anyway because everyone saw the bad use of their money.
Now, when it is known that waste is causing an oil crisis to fans, they sit in a truck and blame all the pain on the federal government.
They did it themselves.
I want to help them, just like other Canadians want to help others.
However, the blame game goes far beyond the top.
Goldfish Ji yerexwinniegre on the cliff: dry pot (Feb. 16)
Legal marijuana must be dry so that it does not act like wet marijuana, and consumers are used to sticky buds due to the risk of mold and mold, this is an excuse for the legal industry to cover up inefficient supply chains and cheap packaging.
This is similar to the claims of a bread company, which believes that due to the same risk, all bread must be dried before it is sold.
Any business that sells perishable foods must accept that their products must be packaged and delivered quickly because of customer preferences in order to meet these expectations.
This means processing or re-using outdated products
Out-of-date, rather than being passed on to consumers of legal weeds, who largely support the goal of legalization: to end the black market.
In the current market conditions, the situation will not last for a long time, in which case our cannabis price is 50 more expensive than a street replacement, smells old, and there is a shortage of supplies.
