Get 24VDC using LM7824 here for stable drive of relay.
Some spare relays and berg bands are used here, which are replaced by push switches used for testing in breadboards.
This is completely welding skill and the layout is its own taste.

Plug in the jumper on any Sony remote and configure any 3 buttons.
3 buttons will be stored in the IC for switching devices.
Remove the jumper and use the device.
To function in relays and switches, replace the normal SPST switch with SPDT I.
Two-way switch of equipment.
So when the 24 v adapter is turned off, the device will turn off so that it can also be operated via the SPDT switch. -
