Think about it, a minute.
Everything will change without it.
Due to bacteria in the mouth, better and better dental health is associated with good overall health. [1]
Gum bleeding not only causes various problems in the mouth, but also transports bacteria through blood to internal organs such as the heart.
For years, doctors have suggested that even people with minor heart problems, such as prolaspe, take antibiotics on the day of dental appointments.
They infer that so many bacteria are released into the blood at the same time, which can lead to infection or worse.
Five years ago, I suddenly started bleeding gums for no reason.
I think it was because I changed a new thin wax floss and I was letting them bleed myself.
To be honest, I didn't take the time to floss my teeth a lot before that and thought it was annoying.
I brush my teeth regularly and have been rinsed with plaque and tartar for years, but occasionally with tartar.
I also didn't go to the dentist about three years later, mainly because of insurance issues.
Everything looked good before that, and I really think I did a good job.
Then suddenly began to bleed.
See, that's not blood coming out of my mouth, it's just on the edge of my gums.
Again, I think I did it to myself with too much floss or with the wrong floss.
Previously, when I went in for an examination, when my dentist had floss at the end of the cleaning, he always let them bleed.
I just want to harden my gums.
In fact, bleeding gums after dental floss is not a good sign.
You shouldn't think it just needs to be hard and tender tissue.
Of course, you might spit out a little blood after the first few floats, but it should be small.
If this happens after the second or third dental floss, you have other problems other than gum bidding, I will find out.
In my case, I was so panicking that I had an appointment with a periodontist.
After the exam, he told me that there was tartar under my gum line, which caused anger.
To remove it, I have to go through a process called scaling.
He also said that no matter what you do, everyone has a certain degree of gum inflammation.
I came back in two separate visits and finished one side of the mouth, top and bottom in one day, and a few days later the other side was done.
About 15 shots of novocain were injected at each session to kill the gums.
So it quickly became a painful and slightly expensive lesson for me as the total amount of everything ended up around $1300.
The actual program is actually nothing, and it takes about an hour on each side.
The only uncomfortable moment was when he took pictures of me somewhere, especially on top of my mouth.
This is very interesting.
It felt like he had a shot in my head.
So, if this description scares you, then maybe you'll notice something I 've learned from this particular experience.
Credit: minor plaque is not difficult to remove.
As my periodontal doctor said, "Brush your teeth gently, just like a brush on the wall.
"xa0Brushing hard does not mean better brushing.
In fact, this is counter-productive because you are likely to push up and down, causing the gums to subside.
I 've never been the kind of person that you see up and down on TV commercials, but he did give me some advice to help me develop a better brush model.
As explained to me, brush your teeth gently down or up from the gum line as if you were painting a delicate surface.
The plaque will be wiped briefly.
There is no need to imitate the scrub action on your teeth.
This will not remove plaque again and will not make your teeth whiter.
I have developed other methods since then.
For example, at some point in my brushing my teeth, I use a toothbrush to brush my hair and gently "stab" between each tooth, basically cleaning with floss before I actually use floss
This is a very gentle action.
I 've always thought that these were more of a gimmick, but my dental therapist advised me to use one in a subsequent visit.
I bought the first one two years ago.
There are two basic types: one with a rotating round brush head and the other with a toothbrush that looks like a toothbrush, moving back and forth to mimic the brushing action.
I like to rotate the brush head, because whenever I brush my teeth at night, I use the normal toothbrush first, then floss, and then the rotating brush head powered by the battery.
Most of them have a built-in
A two-minute timer with an interval of 30 seconds lets you know when to switch to another quadrant of your mouth.
I use mine at least once a day, which definitely helps to keep the smooth feeling after the teeth are cleaned.
In fact, I used so much that I broke it down about a year ago and bought the same model again.
The battery will be used for at least one year.
To be honest, I'm not sure what happened to the first one.
The battery is not showing any signs of failure, it just won't start one day, so I replaced it.
I have been using my current spoken B from spoken B for about a year and a half and it is still strong.
Even if it fails tomorrow, I will still buy another one because I have run out of it.
I got a SonicCare toothbrush at the end of 2014 and I have to say I was impressed.
Very quiet and thorough.
I use two methods now, one is in the morning and the other is in the evening. Oral-B Pro-

Let's say before I tell you which dental floss is the best, I should mention that if you don't use dental floss at least once a day, you're not even as good as brushing your teeth.
This is important.
In fact, most dentists will tell you that if you can only do one of these activities every day, they will say floss instead of brushing your teeth.
So what's the problem with waxing dental floss, what's better than not, but waxing dental floss is worse than other kinds of dental floss.
Most people use thinner waxed dental floss because they want it to get in and out of the teeth easily, but as my periodontal doctor said, when using dental floss, you need as much friction as possible to remove more friction on the surface of your teeth.
For this reason, he recommended a particular type of woven thread made of Johnson and Johnson, and I will provide a link below.
I used this thing since then.
It's really like using a thin yarn, however, it works better and won't hurt your gums.
Sometimes it's hard for me to find it in the store.
Wal-Mart and Target both have them, but they sold out a lot.
I usually buy 4 or 5 when I find it.
I think now I told more people that it might get harder to find, however, you can also order online.

Finally, ThoughtsCredit: Opensource consider, this is my public service announcement.
Don't take your mouth for granted.
It's been five years since I had my surgery, and I didn't look back.
Taking care of my teeth is now a hobby.
I use floss multiple times a day and brush my teeth after eating anything.
Losing teeth is a painful experience for anyone.
Most people only care about how white their teeth are, but it's a small matter.
Problems with teeth and gums can lead to more serious health problems, affecting more than your appearance, so take it seriously.
To be honest, your mouth will be dirty if you are not using dental floss every day.
When I told a friend of mine that I did it a few years ago, he mentioned that he did the same a few years ago.
But what surprised me most was that it had no effect on his life.
His behavior has not changed.
He was still not found.
However, I learned the lesson five years ago and I haven't had any problems since then.
Hopefully my experience and some of the advice I get will help others reading this to avoid any painful or expensive dental repairs and bring better dental and overall health.
