Obviously this could be an article about Botox, collagen, skin surface repair and facial repairlifts.
This is not the case, however, as the article does not look younger on the surface-
It's just covering up what's really happening below the surface. -
It's about looking younger from inside out.
Believe me, all the above tips have their place.
My theory is, if there is, you want it.
However, from my experience, the following five tips are more powerful, lasting and profound. 1.
How much do you love?
There are billions of people on Earth, and we are surrounded by others every day.
It is easy to divide the population into two parts: first, people who love humans and people who love animals more than their compatriots.
It makes sense if you are surrounded by something you like and your face looks more relaxed and open.
I remember a few years ago I saw a badge on a man's coat that said, "The more people I meet, the more I like my dog ".
It should be interesting obviously, but I really feel sorry for him because it was his experience.
So, if you're the kind of person who likes animals and doesn't like humans, it might be worth seeing why you have that view, see if you can turn it into a more loving and tolerant view of your companions, and it will certainly show up on your face and the quality of your relationship. 2. Let go now!
Release any accumulated anger as soon as possible, and if you have any resentment that has accumulated in your body over the years, you need to find a physical way to release it.
With an emotion as powerful as anger, it is not enough to say it in itself, because anger is physical and contains a lot of negative energy that can be very self-contained. destructive.
By releasing it, it softens your facial features.
So, don't vent your frustration, and don't push responsibility to anyone outside of you, find a physical therapy to release emotions from cells, and at the same time, learn to drop negative emotions quickly before they settle in your body. 3.

Stop focusing on what you don't have and see what you have.

So if you want to look younger then you need to appreciate the blessings you already have.
I have discussed in the past that when I "have" this or "do" this, I will "be" happy syndrome.
Like humans, now "happy", appreciate what you have, and have a real sense of peace, whether you get anything else or not. 4.
Drink a lot of water.
You need to keep your cells moist and replace all the water you lose during the day.
This will help your metabolism and keep your colon working. (
The key to real health! )
You will see the difference between your eyes, the skin under your eyes and your skin color.
Also, remember to exercise because keep oxygen (life)
Moving to the cell will obviously keep you in good external physical shape. 5.
You are not alone.
Strengthen your spiritual life and the feeling that you are connected to everything and taken care of by a higher consciousness.
Sometimes you may not feel this way when you are experiencing difficulties, but it will help you feel that you are not alone and relieve some stress.
It will also help you realize what your mission is on this planet and how you can make changes.
By knowing that you have changed the lives of others without sacrificing yourself, you will automatically bring meaning to your life and make years no longer on your face.
