Although they may be like ordinary families outside, what they brag about inside makes them particularly impressed and smart.

Technology experts say buyers in each price range want a sense of security.
A simple system may include a front door intercom.
In a more upscale House, the Walkie-Talkie may have a security camera and a telephone link.
