Recently living in the Pyrenees mountains with friends, I was surprised by the obvious improvements that pure mountain air has brought to my skin.
The contrast clearly shows the effect of pollution on our largest organs.
Long term attention from natural skin care expert Annee de Mamiel.
Now, Anne, who is eligible for Chinese medicine and aromatherapy, is launching her new gas series to deal with the damage caused by environmental pollutants, especially in urban areas and offices.
Even on the way to work, Anne says, the skin is attacked by dirt, dust and diesel particles that clog pores and leave a layer of impurity film.
This interferes with the ability of the skin to regulate moisture.
When this debris interacts with ultraviolet rays, the damage to the skin is aggravated.
The latest research published in the Journal of investigation Dermatology shows that traffic --
Associated air pollution and skin aging, especially increased pigmentation and dark spots.
The motivation behind creating the atmosphere comes from Anne's belief-based on her experience and extensive research-that using skin products containing synthetic chemicals and vegetable oils can make the problem worse.
They damage the ability of the skin to breathe and repair itself.
The result, Anne says, is that the skin becomes crowded, inflamed and sensitive, which can lead to common diseases such as dull, dry, redness and lines, and acne in adults.
The attack on your skin did not stop in the office.
Harmful particles can be cycled through air conditioning and heating systems, says Anne.
In addition, a screen and phone of any size will emit high-energy visible light [or blue light], which may penetrate a deeper layer of the skin and cause damage.
So, what else can you do to protect your skin besides moving to the mountain?
Here are the suggestions from Annee: ● apply antioxidants

It's not just your skin that's attacked by office contaminated particles.
Friends say that the nose will be stuffy, the eyes will feel pain, allergies will increase, and there will be many infections.
