Experts say new dental products designed to counter the build-up of plaque and tartar are being recognized by the public and professionals, but there is still little information about the effectiveness of many such products.
With the shelves of traditional toothpaste and dental floss packed with new products, dentists say they have more patients reporting that they use anti-plaque and anti-Tartar preparations, hope to stop gum disease or reduce the number of teeth --
