dyson settles legal dispute with former chief executive - latest air purifier

Sir James Dyson reached a settlement with the chief executive who was fired in October on suspicion of stealing Dyson's company secrets.
As far as I know, Max Conze was suddenly fired by Dyson on October for a series of so-called "violations" and he received more than onemillion-
Sterling settlement.
On November, the company filed a claim with the High Court claiming that Mr. Conze had violated his duties in several respects.
They include "disclosure of confidential product information to third parties ".
The writ also stated that Kanazawa "used Dyson's resources and information to assess investment opportunities for its own benefit and/or the interests of venture capital companies, not for Dyson's benefit ".
After managing Dyson's US operations, Mr. Kanzer was appointed to the position in 2011.
During his tenure as chief executive, sales of Dyson's products increased significantly.
Profits from vacuum cleaner and air purifier manufacturers rose 41% last year to 631 m.
When the charges were filed against him in November, Mr Kanzer strongly denied that they said, "this absurd charge is just an attempt to divert attention from the allegations that Dyson knew I was about to issue.
"Sir James confirmed that the matter had been resolved but would not comment on the amount.
A spokesman for Kang Ze, who denied the allegations, told the Press Association: "All the charges have been resolved.
