CES2018 --
Large Consumer Electronics Show--
Starting in early January, andCNET will take effect there and search in the conference hall and the pop music center in Las Vegas
Casino demo room with latest product innovation.
CES is not only one of the largest technology exhibitions in the world, but in recent years, smart home equipment and large home appliances have become more and more influential in the annual event.
On CES 2017, a lot of companies have announced integration with voice assistants, so we 've written "scoreboard" to track.
Amazon has 33 new partnerships, followed by 18 Siri from Apple-
HomeKit platform;
Google is 10 points behind.
We also saw a lot of robots. Yes, robots.
Some are creepy and some are very cute. -
But all of this should help make your home smarter.
Connecticut virginia Beach gunfight protesters interrupt Harris, what is the upcoming CES for smart home?
We are not sure, but it would be great if there were any signs on the show last year.
Here are the smart appliance trends we may see at CES 2018.
"Voice Assistant", I'm not referring to the new AI platform that competes with Alexa, HomeKit, and Google Assistant (
This is entirely possible, though).
Instead, I would like to see some duplication of CES 2017 ---
Add announcements on new and existing smart home products for Alexa, HomeKit and Google Assistant voice features.
Privacy issues with smart dolls and home devices?
Where the emphasis on Alexa integration was high last year, I expect to see more HomeKit and Google Assistant releases in 2018.
The Apple 'shomepodsmart speakers may have missed the holiday this year, but it won't stop for the third time --
Party equipment manufacturers that support Siri.
Beauty and fashion products we have also recently seen growth in smart beauty and fashion devices.
Simple humans sell several different smart mirrors designed to help you optimize your look, whether you spend your day in natural light or in fluorescent light.
Simple people
Check out the 2017 on display at sensor Chris Monroe/cineta smart hairbush called theKerastase hair Coachwas CES.
What is its goal?
Collect data as you comb your hair with an integrated sensor and provide you with relevant care advice.
The MAC Cosmetics store is getting AR dessso and you can "try on" different products without having to try on them.
What about Amazon's quirky Echo Look camera?
It judges your costume and tells you what to wear.
The new Echo Look update even allows you to ask a stranger for fashion advice.
I would be surprised if we didn't see some new products in these categories on CES 2018.
Robots we see robots in droves on CES 2017, and the charm is likely to last up to 2018.
But so far, the smart home robots we have seen are very popular. or-miss.
Thin robotTyler Lizenby/CNETJibo (pictured above)
It's a little cute, but it's okay--
Including movement, in addition to pan and tilt the head, there is also a lovely but still swing recognized --dance.
It also costs up to $899.
Panasonic displays a mobile mini refrigerator
The bot of IFA 2017 will bring you frozen sake without any effort.
Others like the kuri of Mayfield Robotics can actually walk around claiming to recognize faces, but we haven't had a chance to test them yet.
It will be exciting to see the new assistant robot at the exhibition in January.
Facial recognition-
Scanning technology is nothing new.
We saw it on the Welcome security camera at Welcome atmo.
Microsoft does not do)
There are many other consumer goods.
But the latest advances in machine learning, from the iphone XtoNest's IQ camera and itsHello doorbell, have helped more devices achieve face recognition.
We have also seen an increase in home security cameras that support "personnel alerts.
"People remind you that they can't tell you who they see, but they should be able to distinguish between people and the cats of your neighbors ---
And send you a notification.
At CES 2018, I expect more vendors to launch facial recognition (
Or personnel reminder)as a feature.
Smart appliances refrigerators, dishwashers and other large appliances with integrated intelligence have also been around for some time.
However, only a few people managed to provide any real convenience.
I don't believe we'll see a lot of changes in this area at CES, other than some additional voice assistant integration.
However, the show in the kitchen and bathroom industry is in the same week as the show at CES 2018, so it is expected that both shows will cover home appliances.
Who knows? maybe we will see a supermarket or two.
