Prior to this, it was said that girlfriend Kelly Sott was arrested in New York yesterday, allegedly trying to secretly hand over an electric toothbrush full of heroin to her imprisoned boyfriend. Whoops! Douglas, 30year-
Michael's son and Kirk's grandson were arrested on July 28, allegedly trying to sell a lot of meth and facing charges that could lead to his life imprisonment in federal prisons.

It was reported that a private security guard hired to monitor Douglas overheard him call Scott and repeatedly asked her to bring him a toothbrush.
"Although after bail, the authorities gave him one and was placed under house arrest at his mother Diandra's luxury apartment in the Upper East Side of New York.
The guard informed DEA.
When Sott appeared later in the day with a tote bag that included the said toothbrush, the guard opened the battery box and found a brown uniform, according to court documents, the test later confirmed that it was 19 bags of heroin with a dime.
An DEA agent searched the hotel room she shared with Douglas and allegedly found empty corner bags, syringes, cotton balls and a small amount of heroin, marijuana and meth.
Sott claimed that she did not know what was hidden in her toothbrush, but the authorities did not investigate her and she was accused of smuggling drugs.
A judge ordered her to continue her detention without bail, but her lawyer did approve her request that she could be treated for hypertension given that she was a heroin user. —
