As part of the expansion of the portfolio, air conditioning and commercial refrigeration company Bluestar is strengthening the operation of the air cooler and air purifier business, a senior official said.

B Thiagarajan, co-general manager of the company, said that the air conditioning and commercial refrigeration business has set a target of achieving a market share of ten per cent of the Indian air cooler business by 2021.
Last year, Bluestar expanded its air cooler business product line in a limited number.
After receiving an encouraging response from the public, the company expanded the product's geographic location coverage with nine models.
