AP FACT CHECK: Trump, AG spread untruths on Mueller report - the best electric toothbrush 2016

WASHINGTON —
President Donald Trump is still misrepresenting the truth of the Russian investigation, claiming that a special adviser's report said that he also believes that he has a hopeless prejudice, so he is exempted from it.

The fact is: the special adviser's report does not specifically exempt Trump from responsibility, leaving the question of whether the president is obstructing justice.
"If we have confidence after a thorough investigation into the fact that the president clearly does not impede justice, we will say so," Miller wrote . ".
"However, we are unable to make a judgment based on facts and applicable legal standards.
The report points out the 10 incidents that Trump may be blocking the investigation and says he may be "motivated" to block the investigation because the investigation can find answers to various personal questions, for example, his proposal to build the Trump Tower in Moscow.
"The evidence does indicate that a thorough investigation by the FBI will reveal the facts about the campaign, and that the president personally may be understood as a crime, or will cause personal and political attention, the report said.
In explaining his decision, Mueller's team said it would not be appropriate to conclude whether Trump committed a crime, as the Justice Department's legal opinion suggests that sitting presidents should not be prosecuted.
Nevertheless, at least in theory, Trump may be prosecuted after leaving office, noting that his fact-finding is "to preserve evidence when it is fresh and documented ".
