Keeping your mouth hygienic should be your top priority.
Here are 10 ways to ensure oral health.
Brush your teeth twice a day (at least).
It takes 12 hours for dental plaque to be deposited on the surface of your teeth and converted into bacteria that attack your enamel or harden into tartar.
Top tip: try pointing the toothbrush to the gum line with circular motion.
See a dentist at least twice a year-up.
This will allow your dentist to inform you of problems such as rot and gum disease.
Buying an electric toothbrush and using it for 2 minutes, it turns out to remove more plaque and food debris than a manual toothbrush.
Make sure you can use it at low speed so it doesn't damage the gums.
Tip: you should change your toothbrush head every three months.
Dental floss or international dental floss
Since food or bacteria are first deposited between teeth and are more likely to form between teeth
Perilateral rot or inflammation of the gums.
Tip: Wrap your index finger with dental floss, each tooth with a new dental floss, which is attached to the teeth to avoid damaging the gums.
Minimize the amount of toothpaste on the toothbrush: dry cleaning has been shown to be more effective than using a large amount of toothpaste, because when we feel the mouth is cleared with toothpaste, the mechanical effective exercise to remove plaque is significantly reduced.
Make sure you clean your tongue and many bacteria leave a bad smell on the surface of your tongue.
Tip: you can buy a special tongue washing machine or simply pour the spoon over.
Smoking will not only stain your teeth, it will also reduce the blood supply of the gums, cause/aggravate gum disease, but also lead to oral cancer.
Stay away from carbonated drinks as they will erode your enamel and make it more accessible to bacteria.
Tip: Try the water and you can add citrus to the mixture.
Reduce sugar in your diet, especially honey, smearing chocolate or sticky candy, which goes between teeth and is hard to brush off, and sugar is the main culprit of tooth decay.
Eat more vegetables such as carrots, celery or green vegetables, which will naturally brush their teeth and clean the surface.
