This is a powerful air purifier using G4 and F7 filters. The HEPA F7 filter is enough to stop pollen. This air purifier is designed to clean the air in a large room during allergies. Select the fan from the necessities of the filter. The rated air flow of the filter and some resistance against it. When they get dirty, the resistance increases as well. The fan is powerful enough to provide maximum air pressure up to the filter rating. I made a mistake when I bought the fan. It is not dim. Or full power (and noisy)or off. The fan is inside the crate, creating a depression behind the filter, and the exhaust unit is located on one side. The fan is fixed in the crate. Made of laser cut 5mm plywood. Because the fan is heavy and needs to rest for the filter, the bottom of the crate is reinforced with wood chips. Cut at the same length, it is not correctly pushed to the maximum. I fill gape with wood paste to avoid any possibility of air leakage. Since I have used some foam to reduce vibration and noise, it is not easy to cut the exhaust a to the right position with a laser cutter. I made it with a drill. Not very clean but can\'t see. To reduce the noise, foam is used on each contact surface of the fan. Because the fan is heavy, there are two contact points. The wood used for exhaust is laser cutting. Bolds points to the outside and I save them this way because I will make a silencer for the exhaust, th bolds is very useful and can fix this extension later. To make sure the low pressure chamber gets the air through the filter, I used some putty. Wire is also a weakness. I drilled a hole smaller than the diameter of the rope and enlarged it a little with a file. It is very suitable. The electric box is glued to the back of the crate. I used a simple on/off switch due to the fan not being able to tune. Some velcro bands were used when repairing the wires. I drilled some holes in the case of heating problems, but I drilled some holes on the side of the box, which is not the best option. The H7 filter sits on a wooden side and the wooden side sits on the wooden block, which also brings more power to the crate. Some ruber bands sold to sealed windows or doors are used to seal the sides of the H7 filter. The last filter was just pushed into the crate. The size is the same. Friction is easy to maintain the position of the filter. To close the crate, the laser cut a more or less beautiful grid. It provides too much air resistance and requires a real fixing system.
